Repositioning our business

The way offices are working is changing. This last year, we had the opportunity to show our commitment to providing local Irish businesses with exceptional products and services with a shifted focus on WFH. It’s predicted that around 35% of the workforce will continue to WFH in some form in the future. This has driven us to reposition our business to support WFH for a more productive and comfortable working environment. We have swiftly selected a group of products in all ranges including office furniture, supplies, technology, ink & toner and ergonomics that are more designed to suit the WFH market, proving that we adapt to current trends to built a stronger business.

It’s never been more important to support local businesses. The pandemic, Brexit and climate change is showing us that we need to rely more on the local supplier for a more personal level of customer service, competitive pricing and reduced environmental impact. Being a 100% Irish family run business allows us to offer our customers an exceptional level of personal service. We react quickly and have a level of flexibility in our service that the larger corporations cannot fulfil.

After being in business for nearly 50 years, we’ve seen many changes. Our ethos remains the same. That of giving our customers the very best service, choice and value for all their workplace needs. 2020 was a year with unprecedented challenges, but with our hard-working, adaptive team striving for new ways of riding the pandemic, we are in a stronger position as a result. Our hard-working customer centric individuals all contribute to our success as a team, with regular product training to identify exactly what our customers need and working together to overcome adversity with an optimistic outlook.

We are taking on 2021 with a positive outlook. As Brexit continues to develop, we have proven our resilience and versatility and are preparing for a busy period in Ireland as the only English-speaking country in the EU. By avoiding tariffs and hassle we will continue to use our European suppliers without any interruption to service, keeping our supply lines strong.
